This robust fairing guard is designed to safeguard the tank and fairing of the KTM 1290 Super Adventure R, as well as being compatible with 1290 Super Adventure S and 1090 Adventure, against scratches and damage caused by falls. The attachment of the sturdy steel guard is done by a pressure union to the original side engine guard. Precise and milled steel links guarantee the best support, while the damping rubber prevents any type of vibration. The side fairing guard, which matches the color of the original side engine guard, whether black or orange, is easily assembled and is protected against corrosion thanks to its high quality powder coating.
SW-MOTECH engine guards are made of robust steel and are designed to provide maximum protection, visual integration and high-quality finish. All components are protected against corrosion thanks to their sandblasting and chemical treatment prior to their powder painting (black or silver). They have been tested to ensure that there is no space loss in the corners.
